Bookings & Target Audience

Each Active Partnership has been allocated up to 6 places:

  • Up to 5 places are available ideally as full 2-day delegates. Due to the nature of the event and to maximise value for money, individual delegates should look to attend the full 2 days. Please note, unlike previous years, this event does not lend itself to different members of your team attending day 1 or day 2.
  • 1 place is for the Active Partnership Board Chair or another board member to attend on Day 1 only as a Day Delegate. A special ‘board member only’ session has been organised as part of day 1 which will address collaborative leadership from a board perspective. Board members are welcome to stay for dinner and accommodation can be arranged but is subject to room availability.

It will be up to each Active Partnership to determine who is best placed to attend (NB. we define all Active Partnership staff as leaders), and this event will be particularly useful for staff working alongside partners. We strongly recommend that you consider the specifics of the programme and the participation requirements before booking spaces.

Once all 6 places have been booked you will be unable to select yourActive Partnership from the drop down box when booking. Please DO NOT book your place using a different Active Partnership.

To complete your booking, we will send each delegate a short online survey connected to your knowledge and application of Collaborative Leadership, which will help us to design the event programme. We require all delegates to complete the survey.

Accommodation

Accommodation for the night of the 11th March will be arranged by our event management company (Yarrington) at the Orchard Hotel and Jubilee Campus, which is a short drive from the centre. Your confirmation email will advise your hotel accommodation.

If you wish to stay at the hotel on the Sunday night – 10th March – you will be required to make your own arrangements, Booking.com appear to be the cheapest. If you book a room for the 10th March please advise info@cspnconvention.org who will try to ensure you remain in the same room for both nights. Please also advise the name of the person who made the booking for the Sunday night.

Check in to the hotel will be made at the Convention reception in the East Midlands Conference Centre when you arrive at the convention. The key to your room will be available at the registration desk in the EMCC after the last session on Monday.

Please ensure you check out of your room on Tuesday by 10am.

Breakfast on Tuesday will be served in the banqueting suite of the East Midlands Conference Centre.

Your Active Partnership will be invoiced for the costs after the event. You are required to include a purchase order number as part of the booking process. If your Active Partnership does not use Purchase Orders please write ‘none needed’ in booking form.

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@cspnconvention.org at least one week before the convention, otherwise the place will be charged for.
