Kay joined the Trust ten years ago as National Programme Manager before moving into the Field Team where she ultimately became a Senior Development Manager. Her journey within the YST continued as she became Head of Programme Implementation in 2016, establishing a new team and new ways of working for the charity. Kay joined the senior leadership team in 2019 in the role of Network Director which is focused on advancing our relationships with schools.
Kay started her career within a Local Authority positioned across School Improvement and Sport Development, leading on the Coaching for Teachers programme, Active Schools, Tops and Youth Games. Following this she spent several years working within an Upper School in Bedfordshire.
